Customer Success Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers realise the full value of redthrd. You'll be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, guiding them from onboarding through expansion. This is a foundational CS role—you'll help define our playbooks, processes, and what great customer success looks like at redthrd. You'll work closely with product to feed customer insights into our roadmap and with sales on expansion opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Own the post-sales customer journey for a portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Lead customer onboarding to ensure rapid time-to-value
  • Conduct regular business reviews and health checks with key stakeholders
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales on renewals
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding insights to product and engineering
  • Develop customer success playbooks and best practices
  • Create customer-facing content including guides, webinars, and case studies
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfort with data analysis and customer health metrics
  • Experience with CRM and CS tools (HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.)
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently
  • Genuine passion for customer outcomes and building relationships

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HR Tech, L&D, or productivity software
  • Background in Microsoft 365 or enterprise IT
  • Experience at an early-stage startup
  • Understanding of change management or organizational behaviour
