Product Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer to shape how people experience the Intelligence Fabric. You'll own the end-to-end design process—from research and strategy to pixels and prototypes—creating interfaces that make complex data feel simple and actionable. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy. You'll work directly with founders, engineers, and customers to create products that enterprise users actually love using (yes, it's possible).

What You'll Do

  • Own product design end-to-end: research, ideation, prototyping, and delivery
  • Create intuitive interfaces for complex data visualization and AI-powered features
  • Develop and maintain our design system and component library
  • Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design intent is preserved
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap prioritization
  • Create compelling demos and marketing materials as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B/SaaS
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
  • Experience with design systems and component-based design
  • Understanding of data visualization principles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
  • Experience working directly with engineers in agile environments
  • Comfort with ambiguity and iterative, fast-paced development

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for enterprise or complex B2B products
  • Background in data visualization or dashboard design
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development
  • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or productivity software

What We Offer

Competitive salary + meaningful equity
Remote-first with optional London office access
Unlimited PTO (genuinely encouraged)
£2,500 annual learning budget
Latest MacBook Pro + peripherals
Private health insurance (Vitality)
Quarterly team retreats
Flexible working hours
